At our five locations, a team consisting of 2,700 dedicated employees works together on exciting projects for our international customers.

Here, Bischof+Klein is one of the very few companies in Europe to produce high-purity films and packaging according to clean room class 5 at rest. The variety of our technologies is reflected in the variety of training professions and dual degree programs on offer.
The innovation center in Lengerich is the hub for plastics processing engineers, mechanical engineers, raw material suppliers, and customers from all markets who are working on the product protection of the future.

Was Mitarbeitende über uns sagen
Während meines Vollzeitstudiums im Bereich Kunststoff- und Werkstofftechnik, welches ich als Diplom-Ingenieurin abgeschlossen habe, konnte ich bei Bischof + Klein insgesamt zwei Praxissemester mit anschließender Diplomarbeit im Bereich der Blasfolienextrusion absolvieren. Nach meinem Abschluss bekam ich das Angebot, bei Bischof + Klein als Ingenieurin im Bereich der Extrusion einzusteigen.

Bei Bischof + Klein haben in der Regel alle Auszubildenden, die ihren Betriebswirt in Kooperation mit der VWA in Münster absolvieren, die Möglichkeit, im siebten Semester den Bachelorabschluss im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre anzuschließen. Dies habe ich gern in Anspruch genommen. Meinen Master im Studiengang Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit dem Schwerpunkt Marketing/Vertrieb habe ich ebenfalls berufsbegleitend gemacht. Auch hier wurde ich von Bischof + Klein unterstützt und finanziell gefördert.
